After earning his AAS in media production, Jake embarked on his professional journey in 2009 at Rancho Digital Studios, where he served as a contracted audio engineer. Immersed in the dynamic environment of studio production, he gained invaluable hands-on experience in studio engineering and management. 

In 2010, Jake transitioned to the marketing department of an international importer and national distributor of high-end bicycle parts, where he assumed the roles of product photographer and graphic designer. Collaborating with many brands, he honed his skills in visual storytelling, contributing to recurring print publications.

Over the course of four years, Jake's role expanded to encompass video production, a strategic move aimed at staying ahead of industry competitors. As Rancho Digital merged into the renowned Stepbridge Studios, Jake continued to thrive, building a diverse client base and expanding upon the capabilities of a world-class studio.

During the subsequent five years, Jake further refined his expertise, and skillsets balancing roles as a music-centric studio recording engineer and a versatile product videographer and photographer, blending quality with affordability to meet evolving market demands.

In 2019, recognizing the growing need for scalable media solutions, Jake transitioned into a producer role, offering tailored, on-demand services to businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs. His repertoire expanded to include custom video production, product and portrait photography, studio consultation and technical support, voice-over recordings, and podcast productions.

Since 2021, Jake has been an integral part of the Santa Fe Photographic Workshops, facilitating engaging photography classes and sharing his passion for visual storytelling.

Today, Jake remains dedicated to crafting high-quality media solutions that align with his clients' budgets, requirements, and creative visions, continuing to elevate standards within the industry.
