Post Production Rates:
Digital media edits : $600 per day (premier pro, photoshop, pro tools, topaz, Indesign, Illustrator, Ai image generation)
Voice overs: $400 per finished minute
Data transfer : $30/HR (you will receive your files via Wetransfer)
Podcast Production:
Podcast audio only: $750 Per finished 1/2 hour (flat rate, prorated)

$100/HR if video playback is needed. 2 hour minimum

Production / Pre Production Day Rates:
Pre production / Research and Acquisition / Planning: $400
Assistants /Grips: $250 ea.
Camera operator / Sound recordist: $500 ea.
Swing day Fee: $100 per crew member

Media / Studio consult & Buildout:
Virtual consult: $85/HR
In-person consult: $850.00
Studio build: $1000 per day
Practices:
-Technical flaws in final media will be edited / recaptured to satisfaction.
-A rough cut of project media can be rendered and sent at any time.
-All captured and session files will be transferred over with the final renders.
-Rush Fee: Finals needed within 3 weeks of media capture/start of project are subject to a 25% rush fee. Fee to be applied to the invoice total.
-Halt Fee: A fee of 30% will be added to any outstanding balance if the project is halted for any reason prior to finals being rendered. Working files will be transferred.
-Copyrights: Copyrights to all project media transfer when payment is officially accepted.
-I do not store raw or session files. Download and save your packaged files.
-Transferred files expire 30 days after upload date. Fees apply for re-upload of files.
Turn around: first draft transferred no later than 6 weeks after capture /obtaining all needed files (unless otherwise specified)
